Shipping Time

Unless otherwise noted in the listing description, please allow 3-5 business days for most orders to ship. During larger drops or high-demand periods, it may take up to 8 business days due to increased order volume.

Shipping and Transit

Once an order leaves the studio, Our Ceramics is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses incurred during transit. For issues related to delay, lost, or damaged packages, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier, as we have no control over transit times or conditions once the package is with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Our Ceramics is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect, closed, or undeliverable addresses. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or business closure, any additional shipping charges for reshipment will be the customer’s responsibility.

Pickup Option

I am Brooklyn, NY based! Depending my work schedule, I can usually accommodate local pickups at my Greenpoint studio. Please message me after your purchase and we will coordinate a pickup time.
