Returns/Exchanges Policy

As an independent artist and small business owner, each piece I create is handcrafted and unique, with potential variations in size and color. Due to the nature of handmade items and the firing process, exact uniformity cannot be guaranteed. Consequently, all sales are final, and no exchanges or refunds are permitted. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Commissioned orders are also final.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or broken item, please contact us at hello@ourceramics.studio within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged item and packaging. Each piece is meticulously packaged to ensure safe delivery; however, please note that replacements cannot be provided for one-of-a-kind items.

If your order is incorrect or there’s an issue, please do not hesitate to reach out via email as soon as possible.
